Sun Glasses
Have you ever had one of those mornings when you felt like just getting back in bed and trying it all over tomorrow? I knew something was missing this morning and I kept wondering to myself what it was. Then after I squinted at the bright sunlight, BAM! I forgot my sunglasses. Now this alone made me want to rewind my whole day. But lucky for me, I had an extra pair in the glove box and my day was saved! Let that be a lesson to ya. Always keep an extra pair in the glove box. (Honestly, it wasn't just the glasses, I really wasn't feeling this day until I found the second pair of sunglasses!) Some Sources
In answering the question on sources, I can say one of them is the following magazine:

You can subscribe to it via Amazon.com or you can go directly to it's website: http://www.logos.info/ If subscribing is not an option at the present time you can always go to your public library they should have the current issue on hand. There are other places you can go, just use your imagination. There's always http://www.fashiondailynews.com/, style.com oh, there are so many, covering every conceivable subject in fashion. Don't forget about http://www.elle.fr/!

Did You Say Shoes?
Now before you go there and start telling me about the fact that there's blue suede shoes twice, let me just say in my defense that I was honestly looking at the style only. That being said the other shoes should make up for that with style alone. Here they are:
Bruno Magli
Jimmy Choo
ToyahLeather and elaphe snake peep toe sandal
Available at: Jimmy Choo
Sigerson Morrison
Suede Mary Jane
Available for Fall at: Nordstrom
Satin Peep Toe Pump with Rosette
Available for Fall Pre-Order at Nordstrom
"Men spend their lives in anticipations,—in determining to be vastly happy at some period when they have time. But the present time has one advantage over every other—it is our own. Past opportunities are gone, future have not come. We may lay in a stock of pleasures, as we would lay in a stock of wine; but if we defer the tasting of them too long, we shall find that both are soured by age."---Charles Caleb Colton

Chris Benz
Looking forward to this fall with great anticipation. As usual Designer Chris Benz does not disappoint. From his Fall 2008, Ready To Wear Collection, here's just a couple of reasons why I'm in love with Chris. His showing are getting progressively better. He's going to be one to keep a close eye on because every time you think you got him pegged he throws a monkey wrench in your whole line of thinking. I read somewhere that Chris was totally into modern day chic. Do these pieces look modern day chic to you? I really don't think so. I see playful, elegant, maybe some 1920's era influence. It's whatever HE'S calling it! I just think it is MAGNIFICENCE. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

On The Campaign Trail w/ Tom Ford
As our first ad campaign feature, we would like to bring you Tom Ford S/S 2008.
Tom Ford has had a whirlwind career. After stepping down from Gucci Group in 2003 to focus on his own signature label that shares his name, he's been downright controversial. Most conservatives hate him and what he stands for. And that simply is a world where we celebrate ourselves. A non-censored society. Ford has set out to do just that with his S/S 2008 ad campaign in which he features tons on nude models interacting in ritual habits carried out around the world, but with just a dash of voyeurism. For example, the couple on the park bench that look to be sharing a highly intimate moment, or the woman who has caught a gentleman off guard with her bold flirtation. Ford doesn't want people to see the indecency in this campaign, rather he wants people to see it as the world should be. Without censorship. However, we do understand not everyone feels the same way as Ford. In this manner we would like to take to our readers, what do you think? Has he gone too far? Are the adds to racy? Lude? Pornographic? Give us your opinions

CFDA's BIG Winners
Alas, the ball is over and the winners have been announced for the 2008 CFDA Awards, which were held last night at New York's Public Library. {see list full list below of the nights big winners} The controversial Tom Ford won menswear designer of the year, while in the accessories department, Tory Burch took home the statue instead of three time winner Marc Jacobs and five time nominees Michael Kors {is it just me or is he the next Susan Lucci, remember almost only counts in horseshoes}. Meanwhile Francisco Costa {for Calvin Klein} beat out Marc Jacobs, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough for Womenwear.
In grand style, as always, the CFDA paid homage to legendary couturier Yves Saint Laurent, who succumbed to brain cancer in his home early Sunday morning. Among last nights attendees Ashley Olsen looked stunning in a a smoking suit- reminiscent of YSL's creations- from Calvin Klein's 2008 resort collection and CFDA president Diane von Furstenberg had some of her own private YSL collection flown to her from her home overseas just to wear her black vintage YSL jacket. With Naomi Campbell sporting a few items form the most recent YSL collection, we all know that while he was not in physical attendance this year, he was defiantly sitting there in spirit.

FATHER'S DAY GIFTS
Father's Day is coming up and quiet as it's kept I'm totally clueless. First I think, maybe the neat little sets that are in the stores now. Why not? They are smart---those department stores, they know I need help! Maybe I'll go look at some some men's wear, maybe I'll go look in Home Depot or Lowe's, maybe cash, a gas card, as you can see I don't even have half a clue. I'll just keep on shopping until I find that thing that I know is it!
Men's Eau de Toilette
"Today, I believe men think differently about style. They appreciate luxury and simplicity, and want to be comfortable. They strive to be powerful and sexy, which is the philosophy I used to create my first fragrance. Michael is a luxurious scent that will appeal to men, and the women in their lives," explains Michael Kors. The key note, classic patchouli, is reinvented with mysterious touches of suede, smoke, and spices. The oriental fragrance blends:• A fresh, aromatic top note of zesty bergamot and spicy undertones of warm cinnamon, exotic cardamom, and star anise. • A modern middle note built around rich pipe tobacco. This masculine scent is further enriched with notes of supple suede.• The soul of the fragrance, patchouli, lingers in the bottom note. Complemented by dried fruits, such as dark plump plums.
Father's Day Tom Ford for Men Set
