Louis Vuitton has teamed with fashion photographer Annie Liebowitz to create a series of new ads, the latest of which features Keith Richards. I was very curious about this commercial. The ad, created by Ogilvy & Mather, was launched on January 31, 2008. It features the Rolling Stone strumming on his guitar in a posh New York City hotel. By his side is a hard cased, rectangular suitcase with the iconic Louis Vuitton pattern and classic color scheme. At the bottom of the photo is a tagline which reads, “Some journeys cannot be put into words.” This is the same slogan featured in the other ads in the series. One featured Mikhail Gorbachevin looking disturbed in the back of a cab in Germany, as he looked out the window at the Berlin Wall featured in the background. Next to him on the seat was an LV duffel bag. In another ad, French actress Catherine Deneuve is seen sprawled out at a train station, relaxing with her luxury LV luggage.
Tennis champions Andre Agassi and his wife Steffi Graf appeared in another ad where they were cozied up in a hotel, the luggage again a key part of the feature. Louis Vuitton has a video feature of the two on their website as part of the Journeys campaign which can be seen here. Louis Vuitton offered several celebrities the opportunity to appear in their ads, but not all jumped at the chance including Nelson Mandela and Bill Clinton. Natalie Portman also declined because she is opposed to Louis Vuitton’s use of animal products; the actress adamantly refuses to to wear leather.

Suddenly Slender
Ladies and Gents, listen up! Just in case you haven't heard about this I'm here to tell you about it again. We all want to make sure we've got it all together in the places that count. That's why having a "Suddenly Slender Body Wrap" will come in more than handy. You can look 10 - 30 inches slimmer in an HOUR! (no jokes) It's a safe, and all-natural treatment that melts away inches from thighs, stomachs, hips and waistlines, removes cellulite, and flushes a lifelong accumulation of health-threatening toxins out of the Body. How does it work? Let's take a look at how our bodies respond to the presence of wastes at the cellular level. Special liquids (called lymphatic fluids) surround every cell in our bodies. These fluids bathe and protect the cells, bringing them nourishment and carrying away their waste products. When too many environmental poisons enter the body, the body automatically increases the volume of fluid surrounding the cells as it attempts to dilute them. This increase in fluid around the cells causes areas of our bodies to gradually "swell up" or become "puffy". Our waistlines increase. Cellulite appears. Often as we see our body "growing" our reaction is to restrict our diets or start strenuous exercise programs. But, all too often, strict diet and strenuous exercise will not reduce certain areas where the waste products (toxins) have accumulated. This is why the Suddenly Slender Body Wrap is so effective; it flushes out the toxins surrounding the cells and thereby eliminates the need for increased fluid levels throughout the entire body. During the 60-minute procedure, your body is bathed in a special mineral solution, which is quickly absorbed through the skin. This mineral solution not only nourishes the body; it flushes out the accumulated waste fluids stored between the cells. Your body literally shrinks. And because the toxins are gone, the body has no need to again "increase fluid levels". The reduction is permanent as long as you don't gain weight. Even selected parts of the body can be reduced or contoured. Chins, upper arms, thighs, anywhere a slimming effect is desired. Needless to say, clients are not only thrilled by the ease by which the body can be reshaped, but they also rave about how they feel after their wraps; Slimmer! Lighter! Refreshed! Trust me this is one tip you should take!
