Incidentally, the shoes name, "Anouket," sounds just like "Anuket," who was an Egyptian Goddess. The name "Anuket" literally means "Embracer." So yeah, PETA! I'm embracing all of this shoe because it has all the sexy mystic of the Egyptian Goddess it appears to be named after. And well we Goddesses are a peculiar bunch!
