Mother's Day

Aaahhh! What a joy! The day of the year when all I have to do is BE. I don't even have to shop for anything cause that's done for me. It's funny though, I like getting gifts don't get me wrong but the gift I enjoyed the most was a flower pot my daughter made for me when she was in grade school. Knowing that it was her little hands that made it and knowing it was so important that she brought it to me in one piece makes it even more precious! She may rag on me for keeping pens and pencils in it, (Not a plant) but I don't think she took the time to realize I STILL HAVE IT and it's more precious to me than gold. And I swear to you if she keeps talking about it I am going to remind her exactly what grade she was in when she made it! Now on to shopping! I saw quite a few new items today.
